Artifact Story Artistry

I believe great stories should be found and told before they are gone forever.

Each year I collect hundreds of discarded and forgotten images. Sometimes I find them.
Sometimes they find me. Most of these are exceedingly rare or truly one-of-a-kind images.
I meticulously research each one using historical archives, old newspapers,
cemetery registers, genealogy records, and other resources to discover their lost stories.

When an image has a truly remarkable story, I conserve the image with
a mutli-step process using artisan techniques and the latest technology
that allows the image to be enlarged with details never seen before.

As wonderful as the images are, the stories are what truly makes them remarkable
– I capture each story in a leather-bound book.

An Important Note About Rights: I am a firm believer in respecting copyright laws.
I go through a comprehensive process to secure the right to conserve and distribute each image.
